About hosting
Can you migrate my current website for me?
Yes, at no charge for standard sites. Send us your existing host's login details and we'll copy the files, databases and email across, then tell you when to switch the DNS.
What does "unmetered bandwidth" actually mean?
We don't bill you per gigabyte. Shared hosting still has fair-use limits on CPU and memory, so a site that starts consuming resources at a level that affects other customers will need to move to a larger plan. We'll tell you well before that point.
Can I upgrade later without moving servers?
Yes. Upgrades between these plans happen in place and take a few minutes. You pay the difference for the remaining term.
Do you support WordPress?
Yes, with one-click installation from cPanel. Most of our customers run WordPress.
Moving from another host?
Tell us where your site is now and we'll handle the migration, including email, so nothing goes missing in the move.
